Support Services Charging Policy

Hourly Rate: Our standard hourly rate for support services is £55 per hour, excluding VAT.

Rounding Policy: To streamline our billing process, we round up support time to the nearest hour. This means that any support task requiring less than a full hour will be rounded up to the nearest hour for billing purposes.

Payment Terms: Payment for support services is due upon completion of the support task or within 30 days of the invoice date If previously agreed. We accept cash, credit card or bank transfer payments.
