Support Services Charging Policy

Hourly Rate: Our standard hourly rate for support services is £55 per hour, excluding VAT.
Rounding Policy: To streamline our billing process, we round up support time to the nearest hour. This means that any support task requiring less than a full hour will be rounded up to the nearest hour for billing purposes.
